| Luther Graduate Nurses on Furlough from Fort Sill |
 These four graduates of Luther Hospital were recently home
on furlough from Fort Sill, OK. They are (left to right) Second
Lieutenant Joyce Nelson of Cornell; Second Lieutenant Phyllis Stuve of
Owen; Second Lieutenant Florence Turney of Colfax; and Second Lieutenant
Lorraine Schnoor of Eau Claire.
Second Lieutenant Anna Anderson, Eau Claire, another Luther graduate now at Fort Sill, was also home at the time. This group of nurses joined the Armed Forces and left Eau Claire on January 20 of this year. They were located in California, before being transferred to Oklahoma. They belong to the 44th Hospital Unit. |
